Decal Placement

On my '74 the emissions decal is about 3 inches to the left of the hood lock flange.  This is what mine looks like:

The decal is about 3 Inches from hood lock's flange, as seen above.

And the decal is an average of 1 Inch to the right of the fender overhang, as seen above.
